Brilliant information resource relating to local history for the Fareham area!
I've not been here for a long time and was impressed. I went with a 6 year old and a 4 year old and they both had a great time, they loved ask the dressing up (especially as a space man! Who would have guessed Fareham was involved in space exploration!) and there were lots of things for them to do. We especially liked the tablets with pictures from the area in the past and then you could rub then with your finger and they changed into how it looks today.
Lovely place went in for a cup of coffee in the gardens and only realised it was a museum when going in. Had a lovely time looking around and learning some history about the house and the people who lived there. And it's free
