Ive rented cars twice from Enterprise Fareham. So straightforward. The second time I had an issue with my back and Rob was so helpful. I had to change the first car I had as it wasnt comfortable. Rob was so understanding and patient. I ended up having to extend my rental period from one week to two and it was no problem at all and done over the phone. Brilliant service. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again if I need a hire car. Just one negative- I would take out your own excess insurance as theirs is quite expensive.
