Staffed by stuck up kids who don't really want to be there as they are only working there for beer tokens for the weekend.Needs to get rid of these dumb kids as if you work somewhere as much as you don't like it, does not mean you can treat customers who have done nothing to you badly.As Mike Ashley's high street empire is only one of the few still doing well, so pretty soon you kids will not have a place to work for beer tokens.

Cheap and cheerful items, but the shop is lacking staff. Took about 10 minutes to get the attention of someone to let them know the checkouts where unattended.
Was very disgusted with the customer service at the Whiteley Village store. Was looking to buy a pair of trainers but needed a bigger size, so asked a shop assistant who replied that she couldn't help and to find someone else. Went to a second shop assistant and asked if they were able to help me to which she looked at me, blanked me and walked off. I put the trainer back, informed Sports Direct that they had lost my custom, to which they were not bothered, and left the shop.
If you like your sports things cheap this is the place for you. Don't think about taking anything back though - you have no right to do this and will probably be taken into one Mike Ashley's concentration camps for even thinking about it.
