Went in to get my headset and fork fixed - very fast turn around and completed significantly sooner than I expected. Great shop with very helpful and friendly staff - would go again!

Great local bike shop. I was really impressed they had the bike I was after in stock. Really good friendly and informed service and the bike was the same price as online bike sellers. I'll definitely use Solent again.

I had to deal with the most rudest and annoying......little man....i have ever come across in a bike shop at the front of house in here! The manner in which i was spoken to on 2 separate occasions was nothing short of disgusting! Why act like this to a NEW CUSTOMER? Have you not heard of repeat business? Or are you too Arrogant and Argumentative to realise this? Try listening to people instead of jumping down people's throat with you're dreadful manner! Well done as you've achieved you're goal of losing my future custom because you don't know how to speak to customers! I'll be passing on the good news to the cycling community for you! Well done!
