Absolute lovely staff, great abilities to help you with finding ideas to new sound, budget keeping and so on. Highly recommended to everyone in the UK, this store is absolutely amazing
There's just no point going anywhere else.I drove down from Buckinghamshire and was met by Graham who got me coffee and took time to understand what I needed. His colleague Jack then spent what felt like two unhurried hours helping me get all kitted out. Jack is an expert on drums and is himself a brilliant player.Thank you so much, Graham and Jack and I'll see you as soon as I can!
Huge drum shop with a great selection of new and used equipment to suit all budgets. Its an Aladdins cave for drums. The staff are knowledgeable and happy to help. There are kits setup so that you can test out anything you are interested in. If you need anything drum related, this is the place to get it. My son (10) described Graham Russell Drums as the best shop hes ever been to. High praise indeed.
Best shop ever. Graham, his wife, Jack and the other staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful. Things have grown so much since having to go to Graham's house to his drum shop/garage/out building back in the day. This is now a wonderfully stocked shop that has everything you could need and all the knowledge to help you buy what is right for you. You can also just go and hang out and talk drums and look around and it's awesome. I have spent some serious cash in this place over the years and never regretted a penny of it. They let you try out things and make sure it's right for you. If you are drummer you'll love it. If you're not, you'll love it.
Always friendly and helpful staff who don't harass you (unlike other well known drum shops!!) the drums are amazing no matter what level. I am going to buy my kit here this year, just so many beautiful drums to view! If your a drummer you need to visit this shop!
