MOLDED SHRIMP SALAD 3/4 can tomato soup8 oz. cream cheese1 c. mayonnaise1/4 c. chopped onion1 c. chopped celery1/2 chopped green pepper2 cans shrimp or crab meat1 pkg. lemon Jello1 c. hot water1 pkg. Knox gelatin1/2 c. cold waterWarm tomato soup and beat cheese into it. Add the mayonnaise, celery, onion, green pepper and shrimp or crab. To this mixture add the Jello dissolved in the hot water and the Knox gelatin dissolved in the cold water. Pour into large mold and set. This is a good luncheon salad or a good hors d'oeuvre served with Ritz crackers. Serves 8.
