I have suffered from bouts of Sciatica for over 10 years and have seen many different physiotherapists. Jonathan has by far been the best one I have seen. He spent the time to listen to the history of my back issues in order to put together a program to finally combat my reoccurring issue. He has also encouraged me to take up Yoga, something I never thought I would do :-) Jonathan has great knowledge, he is extremely personable and he genuinely cares! - I would recommend this service to anyone.
Referred to this clinic by my employer, rapid contact, appointments made very easily, seen initially by Jonathon, who instantly started a treatment plan, then seen regularly over 10 weeks by Liam. I cannot praise this team enough, from the office through to the point of care. Liam, you fixed my back, prevented it getting worse and promoted my recovery, thank you. I cannot recommend enough Jonathan as a physio practitioner. He has helped me tremendously and basically saved me from a shoulder surgery through several numbers of sessions and trying out different techniques to see what is actually working. He is truly knowledgeable and also very up to date with researches in his field and will always find the best solution to any problems should arise.
I had a herniated disc pushing on the sciatic nerve and could barely bend when I first visited Jonathan. From the outset he was very reassuring and provided an exercise program that developed & changed as the weeks went on. He also gave multiple sessions of acupuncture which I had never had before and this really helped. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jonathan -especially if its the first time you have experienced physiotherapy. A really professional, knowledgeable and genuine chap.
