My 6-7pm delivery never arrived. At 6.30pm it showed as delivered. I rang and was told its a system error and the driver is en route. At 7.10pm I called and was told he is 10 mins away. At 8pm I was told stay home. They dont know where the driver is and cant contact the store. So I cancelled the order and walked in the dark to the corner shop. Thanks Asda.
Asda Fareham is in decline. Dropped in today and found no green baskets. No blueberry yogurts, no Asda mackerel in brine(non in last 3 visits)And no kippers. Lots of every other fish but clearly people like mackerel in brine...hint buy in more and less of all the unsold varieties. Tesco for me
This is a great store, so much under one roof, friendly helpful staff and good prices. Plenty of parking and the new exit works well
Got an item delivered here for collection. Was told was available to collect from 5pm, got there after 5pm asked the kind lady behind the service desk who checked up on the status. There she phoned deliveries to check out order, the woman on the end of the line ended up being very rude to this woman for simply asking if the stock was available to collect, if they are running behind no need to take it out on her. In the end it would of taken 20-30 minutes, so we had to come back another time as I had other plans Other than that and the bottle neck getting out it's a nice enough place to shop.
