Lovely food, polite and fast service.
We have ordered from The Charcoal Grill regularly for quite some time . Previously we have always been pleased. However recently it has really gone down hill, our food usually turning up cold. This evening our order turned up short of chips. We called them back to inform them and they assured us they were on the way. 20 minutes later my wife rung to ask where the chips were. Again we were assured they were enroute. 15 minutes later (35 minutes since we alerted them to our missing chips) my wife rang again. The man on the end of the phone was defensive and then aggressively said "I'll be delivering your next order!. Absolutely awful service , both times we complained the driver was blamed! Clearly not his fault, he was given the incorrect address (he was polite and apologetic). Will not be ordering from Charcoal Grill again.
By far the worst take away I have ever ordered if it was possible to give no stars at all I would!Chips were soggy and cold the chicken was absolutely disgusting. 16 for a meal that I ended up throwing into the bin. Never again.
