Dreadful experience with the service staff. We were trying to get some previous service history only to be told they were too busy to do that and hung up, we called back to be bluntly told they didn't have time to help and hung up on again.
Do not use the service department at yeomans citroen fareham -they cannot be trusted. The air conditioning system in my car never worked properly and needed to be re-gassed twice whilst under warranty. I have now had to have it re-gassed again now not under warranty and they have also tried to charge me for a leaky valve which they have 'suddenly' discovered. When I suggested that the leaky valve must always have been there and that I shouldn't be charged for any of the work today as this should have been picked up during previous re-gassing, they wouldn't listen. This was despite the fact that when I asked the manager why a car which was less than a year old would need to be re-gassed he couldn't answer. This is the latest in a catalogue of poor work and shoddy service from this garage. Interesting that they have also 'lost' the record of the second re-gas in 2016 and insist that I am not telling the truth about that.
