Always love a stop here whenever in town. Plenty of food and drink available, some a little pricey. Would have only give 4* because of the prices but their hot chocolate deserves a star of its own. Nice friendly welcoming staff, who were quick with towels when mum knocked over her drink. Were so surprised when they replaced that drink with no charge now that's customer service.
This place has gone downhill badly. It used to be well run, efficient and orderly. My visit today was bad in all respects. The coffee was fine but came on a very wet tray (presumable straight from the dishwasher). Our food was mixed up with another order, only one sandwich was delivered because they gave the other on to someone else.I won't be coming back again.
I love the premium coffee. Need to ask that any toasted cheese filled sandwich are cooked longer to ensure the cheese is melted.
It's pretty good in here. Nice place with rustic decorations. It's a little pricey but I recommend it for a little treat once in a while. The brownies are good but I was given a cold one on a warm plate which was a little odd.
Great coffee and freindly staff. Soft chair seating getting tired now but when you find a good one it's comfortable. Can be a destination for young mum groups with babies. If you don't mind the occasional coffee in a creche then it's the place for you.
