Jeri and her team are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Not only do they always get back you quickly, they are helpful and go above and beyond to not just do their job, but inform you of other things you may not have thought of. In the last year they have helped me set up as an employer, set up pensions for my staff and dealt with all of my tax affairs. On top of that, completely unprompted they have advised how I can save 5000 on my tax bill next year, and they are guiding me through the changes that need to be made. A friendly ear is always on hand when I call and they also proactively engage with me constantly, prompting me and offering helpful hits and tips! They talk me through any situation and deal with things, that left to my own devices I would struggle with and panic about, all with minimal fuss and full support. Quite literally NOT YOUR AVERAGE ACCOUNTANT. On top of that the service I get for the very reasonable fees I pay is quite unbelievable.I could not recommend J Willliams and Co highly enough. As a self employed Mortgage Adviser with my own company, service and client rapport is everything to me, I don't recommend many other companies to my clients as recommendations can often fall back on you , however I recommend J Williams and Co to ALL of my clients to help them with all their tax affairs and I have many happy customers who sing their praises as much as I do.
First class service and professional from the first contact. I was seeking a local accountant with good reviews who was also a Xero partner (accounting software).I could see that J Williams & Co had lots of positive feedback and I felt sure they could be the right company for me to move my accounts too. I've not been disappointed and would highly recommend. Be wary of reviews left by no name/no photo profiles!
Simply to the fact that I contacted them for potential accounting services and they didn't bother getting back to me...I guess they are doing well and don't need clients. Any company that doesn't have the simple courtesy of getting back to someone simply isn't professional.
Jeri and her fantastic company of ladies have provided me with my first stress free tax return in 11 years! They are friendly, helpful and most importantly , they are top notch when it comes to communication. Nothing is a bother for them and my accounts were worked on and returned to me within 3 weeks! Having waited almost 6 months for my return to be complete last year, its been a relief to know that my taxes were not only in good hands this time around but also that I know that in the future, I will receive excellent service from all who work at J Williams & co.
